CALL OUT 16 – Call to assist Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service
March 14, 2020CALL OUT 18, 19 & 20 – An extremely busy Friday

CALL OUT 17
This evening (Sat 14th March 2020) the team and our specialist equipment was again requested to assist the other statutory emergency services with the extraction of a casualty.
Only a small number of team members were required deployed. Whilst the vehicle was on its way to the scene when we were stood down and told that no further assistance was required.
You may think it must be frustrating getting called out and then stood down, however, we would much rather be called out to a casualty site and then stood down as this is much better for the other emergency services during incidents where every minute matters.
Again, the team are wishing the casualty all the best.
