The busy spate this New Year shows no sign of easing just yet!
At 09:00 yesterday morning (9/1/25) the team were contacted by North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust (NWAS) to assist with a patient in Bacup. An ambulance crew were in attendance but they couldn’t safely convey them to the ambulance due to the icy conditions.
The team were deployed and our Hilux was able to proceed directly to the address. Team members assisted the crew in getting the patient safely to the ambulance down the main road for onward transportation to the hospital.
