CALLOUT 44 – Call to Assist NWAS
November 21, 2024CALLOUT 45
At 10 pm on Friday evening (22/11/24) the team were called by the North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust (NWAS) to assist a crew who were unable to get a casualty safely to hospital due to the road conditions.
A limited response was initiated, which successfully ensured the patient and ambulance were safely on their way to the hospital before standing down.
A simple and yet, once again, a vital resource within the local community.
