January 3, 2024CALLOUT 57
The final callout for the team of 2023 was early afternoon on New Year’s Eve (~13:00 31/12/23) – a request from the North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust (NWAS) to assist with a casualty with a lower leg injury near Watergrove Res, Wardle.
The team was mobilised but fortunately whilst en route, it was confirmed that other members of the public had been able to assist the casualty back to their vehicle and they were making their way to the hospital. As such team members stood down and returned vehicles to base for the final time of 2023.
