October 10, 2021CALLOUT 71
This morning (Fri 01/10/21) at approximately 10:45, the team were contacted by North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust control, to assist with the extraction of a casualty who had become injured when falling from their bike along the Canal tow path in Burnley.
They had a crew with the casualty but were unable to get them to the ambulance safely. Team members met at the location and assisted the crew with treatment before placing them onto our bell stretcher (and wheel) back to the awaiting ambulance.
