CALL OUT 39 – Call to assist injured male in Ramsbottom

Approximately 08:00 on Wednesday morning the team were called out by Lancashire Police to search for a vulnerable missing 70 year old person in Great Harwood.
The team responded in our control vehicle and managed the search with further assistance provided from Bolton Mountain Rescue Team, Bowland Pennine Mountain Rescue Team as well as a Lake District Mountain Rescue Search dogs who came to assist from Patterdale Mountain Rescue Team.
After about 4 hours the missing person was successfully found safe and well. A great outcome for all involved.
